    1. Definitely! For me, it was a matter of finding a time that I knew would not be trumped by any other activities. Since I am a morning person, I get up at 5 am and meditate for an hour. I started with 15 minutes and built up from there. It is a non-negotiable for me. And it has changed my life 🙂
